Jerome Lundeen built a legacy around hard work, family, and homemade meals. After a career in the automotive business, he followed his lifelong passion for scratch-made, slow-smoked barbecue, founding Bone’s BBQ in 2017 with his son Jonah. His dedication to flavor, tradition, and community continues to influence the restaurant today.

Owner
Jarid Lundeen now leads Bone’s BBQ, carrying forward his family’s values of quality, homemade meals, and community. Inspired by his father Jerome’s passion for authentic barbecue, Jarid blends time-honored flavors with a modern approach, keeping the family tradition alive with every dish.
Nycole
General Manager
Nycole Frech brings over 30 years of restaurant experience, from dishwasher at 14 to owning her own steakhouse. A North Dakota native now in Minot, she’s proud of her three children and four grandkids. Her lifelong passion for hospitality ultimately led her to join the Bone’s BBQ team.
